Any leftovers I could turn into smaller drawstring bags for my teenagers' RPG dice - or a "Christmas elf" garment or two for the Tyler Wentworth doll in our house!

If I were to win 6 yards of fabrics, I would make pillowcases using your burrito method and donate them to "Make a Case for a Good cause" which will be given to local charities in the community. So that every child or family has a new and clean pillow to sleep on. And if there is any left over or scraps, I would make easy christmas gifts like your mug rug and zipper pouches.
